AHRMA RACES AT DAYTONA

DURING BIKE WEEK

2008

Chad Bebout's '68 Triumph Bonneville.

Beno Rodi and his Son Allan brought the "Snortin' Norton" Manx single to Daytona this year. Beno began racing at Daytona in 1967. Back then he raced a Ducati in Formula 250.

This is Allan Rodi's Royal Enfield that he will be racing in trials and flat track.

It was reported to me that the gentleman diligently working on this Rob North Triumph Triple was none other than Rob North him self. Had I known that at the time I would not have suffered the embarrassment of cutting the head off of the renowned designer and builder.

Thanks to Bret with Glass from the Past, www.caferacingparts.com,   for the heads up.

Barbara Conner's CB350.

Luke Conner's CB350. That's Luck in the white hat in the next picture.

This '69 Triumph T120 Bonneville 650 is owned by Paul Zuniga. Paul is the owner of Born Again Bikes and entered this in Novice Historic Production Heavyweight. The bike is stock except for .020 overbore, sparx ignition, Barnett Clutch, plastic front fender and turned up exhaust pipes.

This is Chuck's 500 Triumph. Always concerned with security, Chuck brought cop friends, (sitting in trailer) to guard things.

Fellow rider and competitor Chuck Easterling had another good year taking 1st place in Formula 500 both days. That's gettin' to be a habit with Chuck.
